Hosting and Data Processing

The processing and storage of your business data within the FlowNavi Workspaces takes place exclusively on servers in Germany (Frankfurt region). We use German data centers without exception for our digital services and the storage of your data. When using our offers, technically necessary server log files (e.g. IP address) are also collected, which is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR for secure and efficient operation.

Contact Form and Registration

If you send us inquiries via the contact form or register for a workspace, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. User accounts and the associated personal data remain stored as long as the user account exists. Deletion takes place at the request of the data subject or after termination of the contract, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

Use of Technically Necessary Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage). These are mandatory to enable core functions such as the automatic language selection or storing your dark mode preferences. Without these technologies, the website cannot function properly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in providing our website in a user-friendly manner.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ('Google'), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The use is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize its website. We expressly point out that Google Analytics is used exclusively on our public information pages. No analysis of user behavior by Google Analytics takes place within the productive customer areas (Workspaces). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the USA.

Appointment Scheduling via Cal.com

To schedule appointments, we use the tool 'Cal.com (EU)'. The service is operated for us with European data processing (cal.eu). When you book an appointment, the personal data required for this purpose is processed. Online meetings are conducted via 'Google Meet' (Google Ireland Limited). During this process, metadata and, if applicable, video and audio data are processed. The use is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment scheduling and communication).

Payment Provider Stripe

If you conclude a paid subscription via our platform or use our payment features, processing is handled by the service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). In this case, the payment data you enter will be transmitted to Stripe. If other payment methods are chosen (e.g., bank transfer for individual contracts), the data necessary for invoicing and payment processing will be handled directly by us. This is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Performance of contract).

Your Rights

You have the right at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
